We ship our kawaii treasures worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas).
Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully pack your order with love!
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
Cost: $12.95 - Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way to brighten your day!
🎀 Our Happiness Guarantee: Returns & Exchanges
We want every purchase to bring you joy! While we carefully wrap each adorable treasure, we understand that sometimes things might not be just perfect. That’s why we offer a sweet and straightforward returns & exchanges policy.
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
🎯 Please Note: Non-Returnable Items
To keep our community safe and maintain product quality, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Gift Cards
- Candy & Snacks (for health and safety reasons)
- Beauty and Beauty Tools products (for hygiene reasons)
- Collectible Figures that have been removed from their original packaging
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or showing signs of use
🔄 How to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to make sure you include all the necessary information!
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Mail the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your request within 5 business days.
🎀 Special Note!
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll happily cover the return shipping costs and expedite your replacement!
💵 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing Time:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item!
