📦 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible, items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
🎯 Note on Non-Returnable Items: To keep our community safe and maintain product quality, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Gift Cards (as noted in our menu)
  • Candy & Snacks (for health and safety reasons)
  • Beauty and Beauty Tools products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Collectible Figures that have been removed from original packaging
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or shows signs of use

🔄 How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your request within 5 business days.

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing Time:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days
  • Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item!
